After watching this documentary movie directed and starring by Morgan Spurlock, I found that that the movie is trying to condemn the fast food restaurant by giving fact and example that fast food company is the one responsible for the cause of obesity in America. Fast food is not the cause in obesity in America. It is actually the individual who does not live a healthy life the reason for obesity. As you know, Spurlock repeatedly stuffed himself with super sized McDonald food but does not make out physical activities. No wonder he can gain weight in a matter of days.

     This movie also doesn't offer solution to obesity. It is just a movie that created to show how to gain weight easily by eating fast food. Even though you eat regular food, but are massive amount, without regular exercise, you too will become obese. People can't blame solely on fast food as the main cause of obesity.

Affirmative Action: From Tun Razak to Datuk Seri Najib

Famous with the title “Father Of Development”, Tun Abdul Razak was second Malaysian Prime Minister. Tun Abdul Razak was the person who are responsible for creating affirmative action in Malaysia by introducing New Economic Policy (DEB), which to help increase economy especially person of Malay. He attempts to end poverty among people or at least reduce poor people number and tighten poverty gap with rich set. The son, Datuk Seri Najib on the other hand is current Malaysian Prime minister. With slogan “One Malaysia”, is more concentrating of development Malaysia in various aspects. He runs opportunity to all ethnic to enjoy wealth of the nation and bring equality for all. Scrapping the Affirmative action in Malaysia

Based on the talk show about the affirmative action , from the three guest i am choosing Dato Ibrahim Saad the former deputy chief of Penang. By using discourse analysis , here are the his preposition ,premise and argument.

Preposition : New Economic Policy should not be scrapped in Malaysia

Premise 1: If you scrap NEP people who need this policy will suffer

Argument: Malaya and poor people need this policy to get rid of poverty

Premise 2: The policy is fine but the implementation are sometimes done with wrong ways

Argument: The misuse of the policy, the giving of contract

I was agree with Dato Ibrahim Saad preposition because as a minority race, Malays in Penang are still backward toward economic business, that handled mostly by the Chinese. By scraping the NEP, government will suppress and killed opportunity of Malays and other races to compete.

Do you think Gandhi is responsible for the tragic end of his eldest son, Harilal?

In my opinion, Gandhi was succeed in his life work which is to promote non-violence and reuniting other people in India. Gandhi or his true name, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi had started to let India to be independence and inspired movements for non-violence, civil rights and freedom across the world. 

He had fight for the civil rights of Muslim and Hindu Indians in South Africa and he became famous. In his speech in front of Muslim and Hindu Indians, he told them that he wanted them to fight, not to provoke. He also told them never attack back to the British even they had do bad to them. It will pay by God, not by them. 

                                      

Besides that, Gandhi was able to reunite the people in India which is Hindu and Muslim. They had tolerated to stop the war become worst and distract others in India. It happened when Gandhi was fasting for one day to stop the war. Furthermore, some Indians are giving their weapons to Gandhi in order to stop the war between them and Muslim.

As a conclusion, Gandhi was not failed to promote non-violence and reuniting other people in India. He transformed the people in India become more responsible for their country and lives in peace.

Test Your Brain & Sherlock Holmes: A Study In Pink

1) Describe several eureka moments that you have experienced throughout watching the documentary.

• When I am watching the documentary ' Test Your Brain', there are some eureka moment that I have found. In the beginning of this documentary, I have to choose one out of the 6 cards for 5 seconds and memorized the card that I choose. Then a poker chip appear in front of the cards and the one card that I choose is missing. It might be a magic and that is my assumption. Actually, the 6 cards behind the poker chip is changed with 5 cards. It is happen when I did pay attention at poker chip not at the cards behind the poker chip. I shocked and it is eureka moment. 
• For the first game, Apollo show 5 bucks of money and count it in front the audience. The money is change from front to behind and the camera is focus on it. Actually, before the money is changed, Apollo is wearing black hat and around him are another things. Then after the money is at the behind, Apollo were changed wearing brown hat, new handkerchief and the things around him is changed also. It happens when I only pay attention at the money not others. Brain only allows to focus one thing at one time. 
• For the second game, the things are changed for 5 times and I can spot it. for the second pictures, a second of black was put between the picture and I can't spot the number of changed that I see. Actually, there were 7 number of changes of the picture. when the black frame is take out, I can easily spot the 7 changes of that picture. It is harder to spot the actual number of changes when the black frame were appeared and I can't focus on it. 
• For the third game, the receptionist at a counter is waiting for volunteer to come at that counter. when the volunteer is coming, the receptionist gives him a form. Then he took a pen under the counter and the first receptionist is changed with second receptionist and the volunteer did not realize it. I feel shocked and I also did not notice it for the first time I watch this documentary. Our brain can focus one thing for one time. It is the principle.

2) Do you think Sherlock is an emphatic character?Why?

• I think Sherlock is an emphatic character because at the first time he met with John Watson, Sherlock ask John Afghanistan or Iraq and John were surprised. He already know John was a soldier because of his haircut, his face is tanned but no tans above the wrist, he have been abroad and not sunbathing, his limps bad when he walk but he don't ask for a chair when he stand like he's forgotten about it, so it at least partly psychosomatic. That says the original circumstances of the injury were traumatic. Wounded in action, Afghanistan or Iraq. 
• Sherlock know the taxi driver live in his own. There is a photograph of children in his taxi. The children's mother been cut off. If she's died, for sure her photo still there and no have been cut off. The photograph's old but the frame is still new. He think of his children but he don't get to see them. It's show he is estranged father because his wife took all of his children. He still love them and it is so hurt. 
• Sherlock checked the pink lady. He found the lady was a left handed because she scratch the floor, write her name by her left hand's nail.  Her bracelet, earrings and necklace was clean but her rings looks dirty from outside. It show she is married more than 10 years and have a broken family. She is professional person by her clothes,
